Arrival/Departure -- Doors open at 7:00 p.m. Please follow the typical carpool procedure and drop your student off at the gym doors. Please do not park and try to enter the dance with your student. You will be turned away. This is for all our children’s safety. Please do not park and let them cross over carpool lines. The dance is over at 10:00 p.m. sharp. Pick-up will also be carpool style. The students will NOT be allowed to cross lines and come to you in the parking lot. We are responsible for them until we get them safely back to you. Please help us keep all our students safe.
- Food & Beverages -- Food and drinks are included in the price of your ticket. The food will include chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, pizza, a variety of chips, sodas, and desserts.
- Chaperones -- Staff chaperones have already been selected and approved through a required background check. Parent chaperones will be limited to those who are approved by administration. Parents who are not chaperones are not allowed in the dance for liability reasons. We have many adults who have worked very hard to make this dance a success and will be working hard with the administration that night to ensure all of our children are safe. Please adhere to and respect these rules.
- Attire -- Since this is a school function, we must follow the Madison County School District Dress Code policy. Spaghetti straps, strapless, & low- cut dresses must be covered with a shrug or a sweater. Dresses must also be fingertip length. Boys should wear khaki pants or dress pants with no holes. Coats & ties are optional.
